How It Works

Pads can be strategically placed at various customer touchpoints throughout the store such as department counters, high value cabinets, change rooms, products advice areas, among others.

The pads can notify relevant staff members through a smartphone chat app, indicator pads located at a central point, indicator cubes or alert buzzers near the call pad.
